HOW TO EAT AND STORE YOUR TRUFFLES
Your truffles are shipped with insulation however during shipping, they may become warm. Upon receiving, place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to set. When you're ready to eat the truffles, remove them from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature in their foil (although some people do like to eat them cold). While it may be hard, be patient, as The Old Fashioned Truffle (in red foil) may become sticky due to humidity. This will dissipate when left in their foil while coming to room temperature.
TO FREEZE
Place your Truffles in a freezer bag and freeze for up to 4 months. When you are ready to enjoy, remove and follow the instructions above.
